This passing sequence with 7 players finishing on 2 colored mini goals is ideal for working on passing in a circuit format, with a cognitive component: auditory and visual signals.
Description
Set up a passing circuit with 6 different positions using cones (or constri-foot) and then place 2 mini-goals of 2 different colors at the end of the circuit (see animation). Finally, place 1 mannequin (or cone) in front of the 2 mini-goals.
