Designed for educators, coaches and trainers, our drills and workshops cover all categories from U11 to Seniors, including U13, U15 and U19. This content adapts to the players' level while following a coherent pedagogical progression.
Our training drills are built around major themes essential to the development of the modern player: individual technique, collective tactics, physical preparation, game intelligence, and mental preparation. Each session can thus be structured in a complete and balanced way.
Technical mastery is the foundation of all progress. Our technical drills help improve fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, control, shooting, and heading.
These skills are developed through fun and progressive workshops, designed to develop agility, precision and speed of execution. Whether in opposition situations or in circuit form, these drills aim to make each player more effective with the ball at their feet.
The tactical dimension is equally crucial, especially from U13-U15 categories onwards. Our drills allow you to work on defensive positioning, triangular play, offensive/defensive transitions or pressing and counter-pressing.
The goal is to strengthen collective cohesion, the ability to read the game and make the right decisions at the right time. We also offer game situations focused on specific tactical patterns (4-3-3, 4-4-2, etc.), adapted to different playing philosophies.
For more targeted work, we offer position-specific drills. For example, forwards will work on their ball calls, movements in the box and their finishing, while midfielders will focus on game vision, pressing and distribution.
Defenders will learn to manage duels, anticipate trajectories and coordinate the defensive line. Specific sessions are also dedicated to goalkeepers, with workshops focused on reflexes, diving, distribution and reading situations.
Our content is not limited to technical and tactical aspects: physical preparation is also at the heart of our approach.
