1v1 Duels with a double following a sequence of passes
This very intense drill focuses on 1v1 duels and quick decision-making. Your players should enjoy it!
Description
Mark out a zone of approximately 20x30m then place 4 mini goals on each of the lengths, as well as 4 cones of 2 different colors (see diagram). Then prepare 2 teams and place the players at each cone. Finally, position 2 neutral players on each of the widths.
