Used within youth teams at Bayern Munich, this passing circuit is an ideal warm-up to work on positioning and movement before and after receiving the ball.
Place 5 cones about 10 meters apart, as shown in the diagram. Then place 2 players at each cone and the rest of the players at the ball source. Finally, set up 3 poles (or constri-foot) to create a slalom in the last part of the circuit.
