Animation: Oriented Controls – Ground Balls and Aerial Balls
Set up a 20m x 20m square. Form 3 teams of 4 players (Yellow, Blue, Red). Place the yellow players on the sides of the square with a ball each. The blues and reds are in the square.

The yellows pass the ball to the reds, who control it and pass it to the blues, who give it to the next yellow. The red player then moves to another yellow, and the blue follows accordingly. Controls should be done with the inside of the foot and passes with the other foot.

Variation 1: Vary the control surfaces.

Variation 2: Vary the trajectories (in the air, with a bounce...) before the control.

Remind the importance of being on your toes in a dynamic manner, attacking the ball and positioning your body well during the first contact. Emphasize the importance of keeping your head up and looking before controlling, as well as positioning yourself well in relation to the ball carrier.
