Starting from a 2v2, this warm-up exercise focuses on ball recovery and possession.

Description

Set up a 15m x 15m area in each of the 4 corners of a half-field using 4 cones. Form 2 teams (red and green) of 8 players. Place 2 players from each team in each zone.
