Diamond passing sequence incorporating a short layoff, a one-two pass, a switch of play, and a pass into the run to attack the depth.
Description
Arrange 4 mannequins (or constri-foot) forming a wide diamond with 4 players distributed on each side (A, B, C, D).
The drill proceeds as follows:
1. A plays a short pass to B.
2. B makes a layoff to A (one-two pass)
3. A follows up by playing into the path of B who goes around their mannequin.
