Ball control exercise with diagonal runs, ideal for working on the athletic aspect of pre-season while maintaining a technical component.

Description

Position 2 cones that will serve as starting points for each team.
Then place 2 markers approximately 10 meters from each cone. Form 2 teams of 4 players and line them up behind the cones, each player with a ball.
