About this cycle

This cycle aims to establish the reaction reflex to losing the ball. The objective is to recover quickly, before the opponent has time to reposition. The work focuses on immediate intensity, the coordination of movements around the ball, and the ability to make a forward run as soon as the ball is recovered. The proposed situations develop collective game awareness and aim to add intensity upon losing
