About this cycle

This cycle is centered on learning simple off-the-ball movement to become available. The work focuses on off-the-ball movements, short off-the-ball runs, the timing to separate from the defender, and the ability to offer a solution to the ball carrier. The sessions teach players to move after the pass, to show up at the right moment, and to understand that the game is also played without the ball.
