You have surely heard about transition phases? Whether offensive-defensive or defensive-offensive, the transition phase is one of the most important components in modern soccer. This session, inspired by exercises proposed by Jurgen Klopp, will allow your players to work on the different transition phases. Composed of 4 exercises, the objectives of this session will be to implement a press immediately upon losing possession and to make a strong forward run as soon as the ball is recovered. Quick decision-making and counter-pressing will be of paramount importance.
