Animation: Agility and Shooting in a 2v2 Matchup
On a field approximately 25x35m (to be adjusted based on the age group) in front of the large goal, place 2 small goals using cones at the corners opposite the large goal. Then place 2 cones to form a gate about 20-25m from the goal line. Finally, place 2 cones halfway along one of the field's lengths (see animation). Form 2 teams of 3 players and one team of 6 players, making a total of 12 players.

The drill starts with a pass from the yellow player (A) to the red player (B) who will play a duel in 1v1 with the third blue player chasing (C) and attempt to score on one of the small goals. If the third player recovers the ball, they will attempt to score on the large goal.

Once a goal has been scored (on the small goals or the large goal), the 2 players must quickly sprint behind the gate located at midfield. The fastest player will then receive a pass from the last player (D) and shoot on the large goal.

After the goal, a 2v2 follows where the 2 yellow players will attack the small goals while the 2 starting players (blue and red) will try to recover the ball and score on the large goal.

Consider adjusting the number of players per team if you have a large number of players at practice.
