Exercise primarily highlighting anaerobic metabolism, it can be used at the beginning of the season or during a post-winter break recovery phase, for example.

Description

Using cones, mark a starting line, a line 10m further, another line 20m further, and finally a last line 30m from the starting line. Then form 3 groups by skill level, and ask the 1st group to position themselves on the starting line.
