High-intensity shuttle runs across the width of the field, followed by structured active recovery.

Description

The start of the exercise takes place from the penalty area.
On each repetition:
1. High-intensity run for 30 seconds: go to the opposite penalty area and then return completely.
2. Active recovery: walk to the halfway line, then jog to the penalty area (total duration 45 seconds).
