Two teams each maintain possession in their own half and look to penetrate through one of the gates to switch of play, under pressure from a third team.
Description
Set up a rectangular field divided into two halves, with 3 gates marked on the halfway line.
Create 3 teams: 2 teams in possession, each in one half, and 1 team in pressing, divided between the two areas.
