Technical warm-up: directional control and pass (U10)

Through a sequence of directional control and pass, this exercise, ideal for warm-up, works on ball mastery while being simple to set up.

Description

Set up a diamond with 2 cones 10m apart and 2 markers 20m apart. Place one player in the middle and 2 players at the ends, at the level of the markers.

One of the outside players makes a pass to the central player, who controls the ball, goes around the cone, and passes it to the third player.
