Relay in pairs for athletic and agility work

Inspired by the work done by American football players, this exercise is ideal for getting your players to work on their fitness and agility in a competitive manner.

Description

Mark out 3 lines spaced 10m apart each, then ask your players to pair up. Next, place stacks of 3 blue cones on the left side and 3 red cones on the right side, creating as many stacks as there are pairs (see diagram).
