Fun exercise ideal for working on motor skills: footwork, balance, and body control.

Description

Align 12 cones or markers across the width of the field, leaving 3 gates open. Place a team of defenders and a team of attackers.

The attacker must try to pass through one of the gates without being tagged by the defender. Keep score.
