Perfect for youth soccer training, the hourglass drill will help your players develop their passing and dribbling skills while varying the angles and surfaces of the foot used.
Place 4 cones to form an area of approximately 50x25m. Then place 2 cones inside the area to form an hourglass shape (see animation). Players position themselves at each cone. The ball sources are located at the 2 opposite corners of the area you just marked out.
