Simple and effective, this ideal exercise for youth soccer will allow you to work on passing technique while offering your players numerous variations.

Description

Form groups of 3 players with 1 ball per group. You can position your players on a goal line or on the penalty area line. The exercise will take place in a forward run (see animation).
