Through repeated 1v1 duels, players must beat their defender using a prescribed skill move and quickly finish with a shot on goal. Drill recommended for your U14 players

Place a corridor 20 to 25 meters long divided into 3 zones: a starting zone, a central zone for the 1v1, then a final third zone in front of the goal.
A defender waits in the central zone (they must stay in this zone), while the attackers line up with a ball each.
