Using 4 cones, form 2 gates 2m wide, 10m apart, and on the same line. Place 1 marker 20m further from the line of gates (equidistant from the 2 gates). Form 2 teams of 3 players. Place a team of defenders between the gates and place the team of attackers at the marker with ball
