Animation: Double 2v1 following a passing combination
Mark out an area of approximately 30x40m then place 2 large goals on each width and 4 small goals on the lengths. Finally, place 2 cones behind each of the large goals (see animation). Form teams of 3 players, with one player at each cone behind the large goal and one player in the center of the field.

The exercise starts with a passing combination
  1. The first player A makes a short pass to B, who then plays to C in the center of the field.
  2. The 3rd player, C, then plays back to A who will control in the direction of play and enter the field.

Once on the field, the players will perform a 2v1 against the central player of the opposing team. The objective for the team with the numerical advantage is to score on the large goal, while the defender must recover the ball and score on one of the 2 small goals. The drill is conducted simultaneously and in the same manner for the opposing team.

A goal scored on the large goal = 1 point.
A goal scored on one of the small goals = 2 points.

Progression: limit the number of touches (2 touches max.) and/or start the passing sequence with a goal kick from the goalkeeper to the central player, who will then play one-touch to one of the 2 teammates entering the field.
