Numerical advantage build-up situation (GK + 3 players) to beat the first line of press and find outlets towards mini-goals.
Description
Set up a rectangle with 3 mini-goals on one side (ground exits towards midfielders/forwards), 2 mini-goals on the opposite side (zones to attack after recovery), 1 goalkeeper in distribution, 3 blues in support of the goalkeeper, and finally 3 reds pressing to block the passes.
