Aerobic Endurance Circuit by Massimiliano Allegri

Used at Juventus by Massimiliano Allegri, this drill is ideal for the start of the season and will allow you to work on aerobic endurance while including ball work.

Description

On a half-field, place a second large goal at the center circle. Then set up 3 poles in 2 opposite corners of the field, as well as hurdles in the center. Next, place 1 player 20 yards from each goal and the rest of the players at the poles. Refer to the diagram for more details.
