Still based on Positional Play, this exercise allows you to work with your players on quick recovery (gegenpressing) as well as switching play under pressure. A perfect mix!
On a quarter of the field, outline 2 equally sized zones (see diagram). Then create 2 teams of 8 players each, and place 8vs6 players in the first zone, then the remaining 2 players in the second zone.
