Warm-up with Bayern Munich Relay (U17)

It's a classic from Bayern Munich: the relay as a warm-up to gradually increase the intensity within the group.

Description

Set up 2 cones that will serve as starting points for each of the 2 teams. Then prepare 2 small goals facing the dribbling area. Finally, place a pole (or a cone) about 10m from the starting point and form 2 teams. Each player has a ball.
