Simple control-pass warm-up exercise that allows your players to work on ball mastery with both feet and using multiple contact surfaces. Drill recommended for your U19 players

Animation: Ball control and passing
Set up 3 similar stations. Mark out a field of 20m x 15m. Place a goal using 2 cones in the middle. Position 3 players on each side of the goal with 1 ball per group (reds and blues).

The first red player makes a pass between the cones to the blue player opposite who advances by running. The latter controls the ball, moves to the side, and passes to the 2nd red player. Meanwhile, the 2nd blue player makes a pass to the 1st red player who continues the drill.

Alternate ball control inside right foot-pass left foot, inside left foot-pass right foot, outside right foot-pass right foot, and outside left foot-pass left foot.
