High-Intensity Pair Running Repetitions (U19)

High-intensity repeated runs in pairs, with relay, around markers placed all around the field.

Description

The players work in pairs and start in the center circle. Player A1 holds a pinnie or a cone in their hand and performs a high-intensity run to the first outer cone, rounds the marker, and returns to pass the pinnie to A2.
