Description

Set up four 8x8m squares, spaced about 10 meters apart. Place 4 players in two of the squares and 3 players in the other two.

The exercise proceeds as follows:
1. Two 3v1 rondos are played simultaneously in two of the squares. In the other two, the waiting players pass the ball among themselves...
