This fundamental endurance athletic circuit is ideal for working your players through different drills, all at about 70% of their maximum heart rate (MHR).

Description

On a half field, place 6 cones 5 meters apart to form the first station (1). Then place 2 cones 25 meters apart to form the second station (2), and finally place 2 more cones 50m apart to mark the third station (3). Then form skill-level groups of about 4-5 players.
