J. Klopp: Shooting drills with a give and go around the penalty area
Used by Jurgen Klopp during a training session in 2021 at Liverpool, this highly intense drill allows for multiple shots around the edge of the penalty area, always in one-touch play.
Description
Place 3 cones around the edge of the penalty area (about 2 to 3 meters away) then position all the players at the 1st cone, with one ball per player. Then place a player at the 2nd cone, without a ball. Finally, position yourself on the side of the penalty area with a source of balls.
