About this cycle

This cycle focuses on the ability to change the pace of the game to surprise the opponent. The work involves accelerations, pauses, changes of pace with and without the ball, as well as speeding up at the right moment. The sessions teach players to feel the tempo, accelerate when needed, and unbalance the opponent through the pace of the game.
