About this cycle

This cycle focuses on using width to move the opposing block. The work emphasizes playing between the lines, occupying interior and exterior zones, short combinations, and the ability to play in the gaps. The sessions highlight dropping off, cutting inside, and creating overloads in areas where the opponent is often in difficulty. The objective is to unbalance the block by attacking where it is most vulnerable.

Cycle objectives

  1. Occupy the flanks to create overloads.
  2. Play in the gaps to advance and unbalance.
  3. Use dropping movements and inside runs.
  4. Disorganize the opposing block through inside play.
