Used during a training session at Liverpool, this agility drill is ideal to introduce at the beginning of a session (after a complete warm-up). Very dynamic, it is generally appreciated by the players.
Mark out a zone of approximately 15x10m, which you will divide into 3 parts using cones. Then position cones of different colors to form a slalom (as shown in the diagram). Finally, place the players in each of the 3 zones, with one ball per group.
