This cycle, ideal for pre-season, is focused on the development of physical qualities with demands for endurance, power, and explosiveness. Players achieve an athletic condition allowing them to physically dominate for 90 minutes. The aerobic and anaerobic capacities are optimized in realistic tactical contexts. The goal of this cycle is physical performance.
